Very nice staff and delicious food.

Subway didn't deserve a single star, but unfortunately you can't "rate" it that way. Since I know that the company is promoting the unprecedented cruelty to animals through its business policy, I've lost my appetite for Subway products. I was also able to convince a large number of my friends not to consume Subway products anymore. There are enough alternatives!

It is no longer acceptable to us that Subway does not deviate from the existing animal-cruel broiler chicken standards. I was still thinking, give them time, but they just don't want it. Our lunch break clique has therefore not been at Subway for a long time. We are moving towards you again (you are delicious !!) if you move on the topic. Usually, I always put my actions into perspective and don't imagine too much influence. But we have already been able to persuade almost the whole company not to go any more, and word continues to get around.

Well well well what's the point the sub wasn't as difficult as the one who ordered before well there the critical and the technology freaks cheated on you well so 1: 0 for us. Unfortunately, I can only miss one star because Subway has a very poor approach to broiler chicken standards. I would be happy if that would change in the future and if I could give a better rating as a result. Currently, however, animal suffering is unnecessarily caused.

Unfortunately, the animal husbandry of the food, what becomes of it, is hardly criticized on such review sites as here. V.a. Chicken meat uses Subway, which is produced under the most brutal conditions, e.g. Due to hormones and a very fast growing-up time, the pectoral muscle grows pathologically (this is also the part of the chicken that one wants to eat most), causing irreversible damage to joints and bones, causing the animals to have extreme pain and no longer normal can move around, which they can hardly do because of their cramped space on sometimes less than one square meter. Of course, the most species-appropriate demeter farming would be best, the will to do so is of course a long way off, but even if the company implemented the criteria of the European Broiler Chicken Initiative, this would have an impact on millions of chickens and would save them the worst agony of fattening. But that's not even possible with Subway. And that only because people are always next to themselves and want to live well and as long as they do not experience suffering on their own, they are very seldom attentive to the sufferings and needs of others. This applies to both the management of Subway and the consumers who shop at Subway.

Am an absolute Subway fan and wanted to treat myself to something again today before the new lockdown. Contrary to the signs clearly stating that face masks and gloves are worn when preparing the food, the people behind the counter did not wear face masks. Of course, the guests were interested in their food. The worst came at home while unpacking and taking a bite when I found a crushed fly in the right half of the sub. Something like this has never happened to me at Subway .. yet I couldn't eat the sub and had to throw it away. I am very disgusted and sad. Personally, I will no longer go to the subway at Kaiserslautern station.

If the staff managed to put what you ordered on the subs on a regular basis, then more stars would be there. But if you order "everything but x" and in the end ONLY have x on it ... my understanding ends. Especially when such mistakes happen every second time on average.

The service is really good. However, I went in today and all 3 workers weren't wearing face masks. Other customers did not wear a face mask either. I was a little disappointed and confused.

The bad rating wasn't for the subway at the train station. But another one in KL.

The proximity to the train station is of course great for those who want to buy something to eat on the way home, for example. The decor is as one is used to from the subway, but in general it seems to me rather old, cool and dark. I mostly prefer to order my sub to take away and eat at the train station. The order takes 5 - 20 minutes, depending on the number of customers. For the most part you are served nicely. Unfortunately, several times I was unable to pay by card for smaller amounts, which is of course stupid.

By far the slowest subway I've ever seen, I'm there more often and if more than 7 people are queuing you can expect a waiting time of 20 minutes. This time the employee even talked on the phone with his mobile phone while he was being served and then disappeared to the back for a long time even though the queue was long.

Corona is a burden for everyone. Sure, but do you have to leave it out to the customer? Wanted to buy an apple spritzer yesterday. € 1.99, not great, but okay, train station. Isso, you can't do anything. Of course wanted to pay by card. Because of Corona. Not possible, only from five euros. Huh? The owner has not heard the shot yet! It wouldn't be worth it for him! I get my money out, lay down two times. Five cents missing? How so? More deposit due to train station? No, the spritzer costs € 2.30. I refer to the sign that clearly says € 1.99. Yes, you couldn't do anything about it, the price was in the till and in general, the boss ... No excuse, nothing. No comment on the wrong award. Just hiding behind the imposed regulations; the boss, the cash register, a foreign power that keeps you from being polite.

Fast Service and good quality.

Since 01.11.19 under new management and with new opening hours. Every day from 9 pm there is a 30 cm footlong sandwich for 5 €. The offer is unbeatable. Super friendly team, clean restaurant, as Subway actually knows. From now on you can recommend the restaurant without hesitation. We will be back regularly.

Unsafe opening hours. One hour later, Saturday is also opened 3 hours later. Or even in the evening 2 hours earlier. Also popular again and again: Starting at 7pm, it is a gamble if the "Sub of the Day" is still in stock. Sunday was against 14 o'clock also schonmal "no more bread" until Monday again. I've given it up and go somewhere else.

It is not as clean as it used to be. The staff was completely alone and totally overburdened because too many customers came at once. Has constantly looked at the clock because it was closing time soon. 2 points because the staff was very friendly the rest was not really hygienic.

The three stars are for the poor guy behind the counter who has really done his very best to work the snake that reached the door as fast as possible. Staying so stress-free and friendly with the stress is a real achievement. For that you would have earned 5 stars. The deduction goes to the owner, who considers it a good idea to reduce the cast from 2 to 1. Happy profit optimization!

Super Service. 1 seller. His first day here. Noon! Wait endless. Under all sow. This is not possible! Now comes a colleague, sees the chaos and says that it starts in 10 minutes and goes. Saftladen!

Great food and neat place. Also very quiet.

Location was amazing but the service made me disappointed. The sandwich-maker need to be trained "how to be multi-tasking". Additionally a bread sortiment "cheese oregano" was finish. When I was ordering, I was asked to choose other bread because cheese oregano bread was in oven,, which can be backed before it goes finish. Anyways this star is because of the quality of "Subway", not for this location.
